Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our support team ASAP at help@kizzidancewear.com. We cannot guarantee that your request will be seen before your order is shipped and we cannot change your shipping address once your order has been processed. 

Can I edit my order?

If you need to edit your order, please contact our support team ASAP at help@kizzidancewear.com! We cannot guarantee that your request will be seen before your order shipped and we are unable to edit your order once it has been processed.  

What do I do if I received the wrong item?

We would happy to help you resolve your order. Please contact our customer experience team at help@kizzidancewear.com!

 Can I cancel my order?

You must request to cancel an order within 2 hours of the order placement. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our support team ASAP at help@kizzidancewear.com! We cannot guarantee cancellations if the order has already been processed. 

What do I do if I receive a damaged/defective item?

If you have received your items and believe they are damaged/defective please send us an email at help@kizzidancewear.com with your order number, detail which of the items are damaged or defective and send some images of the fault. 

Manufacturing faults do not include loose threads, unmatched prints or wear and tear as these are natural occurrences. Please contact our customer support team at help@kizzidancewear.com.

I didn't receive my confirmation email. Did my order go through?

You will receive an email once your order is placed. Make sure to check your junk/spam folders as well. If you still can’t find your confirmation email, contact our customer experience team.

When will my order ship?

Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday during normal business hours. We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. Orders will ship within 2-3 days after being placed.

What are my shipping options?

FREE shipping on all order over $150!

Standard Shipping: $10 /3-5 days 

Expedited shipping: $25/2-3 days

Currently, we only ship within the U.S.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order! Be sure to check your junk/spam folders as sometimes they get sent there.
